Running for Council
To run for City Council, one must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a citizen of the United States and a resident of the State of California
- Be a registered voter and a resident within the City of Cudahy
Registration will be verified before issuance of nomination papers.
Prospective Candidates
The first and last day for prospective candidates to file nomination papers and candidate statements is July 13, 2020 to August 7, 2020.

The City’s next General Municipal Election is on Tuesday, November 3, 2020
