The Public Safety and Services Department works to reduce and eliminate blight throughout the community, enforce the Cudahy Municipal Code, increase public safety, as well as maintain the City's parks and streets.
The Maintenance Department is responsible for the overall maintenance of City-owned buildings, parks, vehicles, equipment, and public street improvements.
Municipal Enforcement works to ensure the safety of pedestrians and motorists, who use private and public passages and to maintain traffic follow.
Community Preservation Officers work to aid in eliminating substandard housing, removing blighted conditions, promoting property maintenance, and ensuring conformity with City Zoning and Building ordinances and State and County Health Codes.
